FMC have been working with them since May 2007.  The relationship evolved because the new Head of Architecture and Strategy was so impressed with the knowledge, ethical and integral approach that FMC showed him when he was seeking a job that when he was looking to build a team he wanted FMC’s help.

FMC’s success has been outstanding.  In 2007 they filled the only two permanent roles in the architecture and strategy team; Chief Architect and Lead Security Architect.  FMC also filled 5 long term contract positions in the team and since have filled 85% of the permanent vacancies in the architecture and strategy team.  This is even more impressive as we are competing against one of the few other companies that specialise in architecture recruitment.
